Fastening:

The hinged brackets have a horizontal distance (center to center) of 995 mm. We recommend attaching two airline lashing rails at least 475 mm long at a horizontal distance of 995 mm vertically to the vehicle. For attachment to the Volkswagen T5/T6/T6.1 California, we recommend installing our lateral lashing rail system TA-T5-614-40-001 or our lateral board TA-VX-LB-T6. The airline fittings are included in the scope of delivery for this type of attachment.

Alternatively, the KlappBar can be attached to two (at least 1040 mm long) horizontal lashing rails at a distance (center to center) of 425 mm. In this case, the KlappBar protrudes approx. 40 mm above and below the lashing rail. For this type of attachment, you will also need the following items:

• 1 set (4 pieces) airline slot nut, item no. TA-AZ-Air-Fit-M6+M8-Zn-Set
• 2 threaded bolts M8x35 - 8.8 - Zn
• 2 screws DIN 6921 M8x12 - 8.8 - Zn
• Threaded bolts and screws must be used with high-strength threadlocker!

The illustrated base plate or the illustrated lashing rail system and the sandboards including their brackets are not included in the scope of delivery of the KlappBar.
